Listing optimisation
Listing optimisation is the systematic improvement of a property's public listing — photography, title, description, amenity data, house rules and settings — to increase both how often it appears in platform search and how often viewers book it.
Why Listing optimisation matters for your revenue
Traffic and conversion are separate problems with separate fixes, and a listing can fail at either. Optimisation raises revenue without changing the property itself, which makes it the lowest-cost lever available.
