PMSProperty Management System
A Property Management System is the central software record of a property's reservations, guests, housekeeping tasks, payments and messaging. It is the operational system of record, with channel managers and pricing tools connected to it.
Why PMS matters for your revenue
Without a single record, operations fragment across platform inboxes and spreadsheets, and errors reach guests. A PMS is what allows one team to run many properties without service quality falling as the portfolio grows.
