Un alquiler de media estancia es el arrendamiento de un alojamiento amueblado durante aproximadamente uno a once meses, a medio camino entre las estancias por noche y el alquiler convencional. Los huéspedes habituales son empleados que se trasladan por trabajo, trabajadores por proyecto, profesionales sanitarios y personas en transición entre viviendas.
