Superhost es el programa de reconocimiento de Airbnb para anfitriones que cumplen los umbrales de calificación, tasa de respuesta, tasa de cancelación y estancias completadas, evaluados periódicamente. Otras plataformas ofrecen distintivos equivalentes con distintos nombres.
Por qué Superhost importa para tus ingresos
El distintivo es una señal visible de confianza que aumenta la conversión y, en algunas plataformas, la visibilidad. Dado que los criterios son operativos y no promocionales, también es un indicador razonable de la constancia con la que se gestiona una propiedad.
